Show & Tell

The Capital Quilts staff loves to see finished projects or works in progress.

Cat Cam
Our Capital Quilts Cats!

Nancy Sharp
Almost finished framed art-quilt from Lois Smith class of Jan 20, 2012 at Capital Quilts. My 8-year old twin grandchildren in the Rocky Mountains, Denver, CO.
--Nancy Sharp

Mary Cassidy
This is Mary Cassidy holding the quilt she made for a colleague's new baby.  It is Mary's first, fully finished quilt, and she did a wonderful job, right out to the binding!

Burpies Class
Jenny Trussell's January 7th class looks like it was productive with lots of attractive and functional burp cloths ready to go.

Nancy Sharp
"This quilt is for Kate, my 7-yr old grandaughter. She lives in Denver and likes horses. These horses are the Laurel Burch design, and fabric from Capital Quilts."

Nancy Sharp
"This is a large lap-quilt using some of my absolute favorite Kaffe Fassett fabrics from Capital Quilts. "

Fabric Covered Journal-4 ways
On Saturday, Oct. 15, Jenny Trussell taught her class on creating covered journals in several attractive styles. Looks like everyone came away with a beautiful finished product. Nice job everyone!

Ellen Robinson
This is a picture of Ellen Robinson, winner of the Hello Kitty sewing machine by Janome. She feels lucky to be a winner, and will probably pass this luck on to a young relative who dearly loves to sew!

Loretta Quinting
Here is a show and tell from Loretta Quinting. It's a Sunbonnet Sue of her own artistic design, and is for her granddaughter. Note the detail of one of the blocks, complete with fence and horse!
