Heated Neck Wrap
Does your sore neck need some relief? Make a neck warmer that will help relax those tight muscles. Two half yards of flannel, a bit of cotton twill tape, and some winter wheat berries or a mixture of rice and flax seeds are all you need to get to “Aaahhh…”. Heat the warmer in the microwave: if you use the wheat berries, it will smell like bread is baking!
