HQ PS Designer: Magic Wands, Paths & Letters via Zoom
Capital Quilts is partnering with Handi Quilter to bring you 3 full days of Pro-Stitcher and Pro-Stitcher Designer classes! These are virtual classes, via ZOOM, so you must have a computer or other electronic gizmo with a camera to participate.
Start with the Magic Wand to take abackdrop image and convert it into a digital design. Next, create fun edge to edge designs and creative fills usingthe Repeat on Path tool. Designs using true type fonts will add the final custom element to any quilting project. You must have taken the intro class on Friday morning.

| Instructor Bio: | Diane Henry, who lives in Northern Virginia and has taught classes at Capital Quilts before, will be teaching these Pro-Stitcher and Designer classes. I spoke with someone who took Diane?s virtual class last week, and she said Diane was fabulous, very knowledgeable and very patient. Diane has been a professional machine quilter since 2007. Her grandmother taught her how to hand piece when she was 4; she became a blue-ribbon winning hand quilter, then discovered machine quilting in the 1990?s and never looked back. With so much experience, she knows what questions you will have before you do. She will provide you with class handouts to aid your learning. |
