Lots of Dots via ZOOM
This lovely quilt provides a good study in color and value. There are four small blocks that make up each larger block. Each ring is made using four different values of a color. The center is made using two lighter values of the ring color.
You will also learn how to create the pieced ring. The original pattern has you piecing each part of the arch by sewing blocks together. Julie will show you how to paper piece the arch, a technique she finds easier than sewing blocks together.
The instructions are for a quilt with nine circles. The finished quilt is about 70” square.
