Ruler Work Quilting: Borders (via ZOOM)
Ruler work templates can decorate quilt borders with attractive curved designs. But how to make fixed-size shapes fit into any-sized borders? And what to do about corners? This no-math ruler class shows you how to apply the Westalee Border Sampler 5-Piece Template Set to quilt awesome borders using your domestic machine. Over three weeks, you will make six sampler sandwiches that demonstrate how these templates can be used to make a variety of borders, fills, and medallions. You’ll learn three techniques for managing corners, two techniques for making border designs fit, and the use of Stitching Line Disks to create your own designs.
