Wagon Wheel
Wagon Wheel pattern by Denyse Schmidt Quilts is a quilt that is timeless, quirky and graphic. The large scale of the blocks makes for a fast finish. The finished size is Baby, Twin, Queen or King. The pattern is adaptable to any fabrics you might want to use such as a sophisticated, limited palette or a super scrappy party. Wagon Wheel is perfect for showcasing your favorite prints as well as fat quarter friendly.
The pattern includes template patterns to make or acrylic template sets are available. Included in the pattern is a coloring sheet to help your design and fabric use. The class will cover preparing and cutting the fabrics with the templates; sewing the accent pieces to the wheel piece; sewing curves with a little patience and careful pinning; and final assembly. Previous experience sewing curves is not required.
