Machine Embroidery: Trapunto

In this class you will examine several samples of machine embroidered trapunto designs so you can see alternative trapunto effects.  You will also learn three different techniques for completing trapunto designs on your embroidery machine.  Bring your hoop and trimming scissors to practice trimming the excess batting around the designs for one of these techniques.  We'll talk about different kinds of batting too, since your choice of batting has a big impact on the look of your trapunto designs.  By the end of this class you'll be ready to start your next trapunto project with confidence.
