Drop-off Machine Service

You MUST bring with you:
     Machine with needle, "a" or zig-zag foot and bobbin installed
     Power Cord
     Foot Pedal
     Any sewn examples of the problems you are having
      PLEASE KEEP ALL OTHER ACCESSORIES AT HOME.

PLEASE NOTE: 
     If your machine needs parts for repair, there may be a significant delay, as there are currently disruptions in our parts supply chain.
     Parts under $50 will be installed without prior approval.  We will call for approval on all parts over $50.
     Your machine may be taken to a technician's home for servicing.
